I never thought that finding my wedding shoes would be harder than finding my dress, until I started the search. After many months of endless online searching, coming up empty handed and feeling defeated, I decided to look on Etsy where I found Pinky Promise Accs. and there they were, exactly what I had been searching for. I ordered bridal sneakers for my wedding. Prior to finally ordering Christina was more then helpful with answering all my questions! These shoes ment the world to me, as they are made in Greece. I'm half Greek (fathers side) and my father passed away a few years ago, and wasn't able.to see me get married. With these shoes there was a Greek touch to my outfit, which I needed to make it complete. And now after the wedding I'm wearing them often and make me remember this special day. Contacted Christina regarding some orange velvet shoes & matching bag for my daughter’s wedding in June ‘26! She was most helpful with sizing of both, particularly the shoes as I am between sizes. but when the shoes arrived the 6 was a perfect fit! Beautifully made & packaged! The delivery was good & arrived quickly from Greece! They look even better in person! Both the shoes & bag are going to look awesome for our special day! Thank you & I would order again!

After a long search for light blue bridal shoes I found the perfect pair at Pinky PromiseAccs. The shoes are of excellent quality and have good padding. I cannot wait to wear them on my wedding day! The communication with Christina was a highlight - I felt supported right from the start; she went above and beyond and was super helpful when I had questions about the products and delivery.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should be warned about my experience with Pinky Promise Accessories. I ordered shoes three months in advance for my mother of the bride outfit to ensure they would arrive in time for my wedding. They did not arrive until two weeks after the event, making them completely useless for their intended purpose. For a purchase that is clearly event-driven, this level of delay is unacceptable. While the shoes themselves are beautiful, the customer experience has been extremely disappointing. On top of the delivery failure, I have now also been charged $60 by FedEx for customs fees that were not clearly expected at checkout. Be aware that there may be additional charges after delivery and that shipping timelines may not be reliable even when ordering well in advance. I strongly recommend reading all policies, FAQs, and fine print carefully before purchasing, as the overall cost and timing may not match expectations.

Excellent quality, very comfortable pair of shoes and last but not least beautiful. They do what the promise and they look better than photos.

I ordered some custom from flats to wear for my wedding and they were perfect! Super comfy and well made and something I can keep wearing over the years. Great customer service and shipping.
