We are so grateful for our amazing wedding planner Paola and her team who made our dream Greek island wedding come to life — all the way from Australia! From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, supportive, and organised. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was exactly how we wanted it. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to her dedication and hard work. We got married on the beautiful Kastri Island in Kos this summer, and it was absolutely perfect! It was a small, intimate wedding with just the two of us, our 7 year-old daughter, and our two close friends with their little boy…. it couldn’t have been more special. From the moment we started planning, Paola was amazing. She guided us through every step with such care and attention, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Her organisation, communication, and kindness made all the difference, and everything on the day ran so smoothly thanks to her. Kastri Island itself is breathtaking, the setting, the atmosphere, the whole experience felt magical. We’ll cherish the memories forever. Booked my wedding with Paola and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Paola reached out to me on a Facebook group (I’d never met her) and we booked our dream wedding. Paola is SO efficient, my day was PERFECT she did everything that I wanted and her communication is impeccable. We never met prior to our wedding holiday we exchanged loads of emails, pictures or what I wanted and she brought our vision to life. Couldn’t recommend her any more! We had the most beautiful sunset beach wedding on Kos this summer. Paola organized everything perfectly and was very reliable - just the wedding planner we needed. We had a rather small wedding and not the biggest budget and Paola was a great fit as she took care of everything and it would have been too difficult to organize everything from abroad ourselves.

Where do I start... Paola was amazing, from the very first contact and throughout the 14 months that we were planning our special day. Nothing was too much trouble and Paola went above and beyond to ensure that what I was asking for all these miles away in the UK was actually possible on the day. She took the time to meet us 12 months prior on our trip out to Kos, which was lovely to put a face to the name that was signing off all those emails. Paola calmed me when the terrible winter in Kos almost jeopardised our beach ceremony reassuring me that she would solve the problem....and she did! The day went without a hitch and her communication with the hotel was brilliant in order to create the mood and scene that we had discussed. Paola puts no pressure on to use particular services or to include additional extras in your day which for me was a huge relief, after past experiences using events co-ordinators. It really is YOUR day and she respects that whole heartedly. Thank you so much Paola, we have memories to treasure forever 🙂
