After meeting with countless other wedding planners I knew immediately after speaking with Anastasia and Michaela that Mitheo was the event company to plan my dream lake como wedding. The level of detail and care that I received from their team was that of a true friend or family member. I truly can’t imagine trusting another team with my wedding. Michaela is a very talented artist who was able to design the most stunning details from my stationary, florals, seating, lounge space, and overall vibe of the party. Anastasia helped put my mind at ease by carefully planning logistics and actually physically held my hand through some of my decision making. My family fell in love with all of their event team and we look forward to working with them in the future for other parties. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in a well executed bespoke experience. 10/10

Mitheo Events planned our wedding in Lake Como and I could not be any happier with this team! They were extremely professional and held several zoom meetings with to make sure our dreams were met and even exceeded. Exceeding our dreams is even an understatement. The whole wedding weekend can be simply described as "Magical." Everything was thought of and handle with extreme detail. Nothing was missed and our guests still to this day talk about our wedding. After interviewing multiple wedding planners, my daughter and I chose Mitheo Events to help us plan her wedding weekend in Lake Como, Italy. To say Mitheo was wonderful would be an understatement. From our very first contact with Joanna, we knew Mitheo was the event planner for us. We could not have been more right. In planning a wedding event (ours was a four day event where everyone was coming from the US) there are so many moving pieces. And when that event is the first event of its kind that you have ever done, it is so important to work with a company that can do it all. Mitheo was that company. Not only were their ideas creative, but their recommended vendors were top notch and had worked with them many times before so everything was seamless. In fact, when one food tasting for our main event did not go well, Mitheo immediately arranged for a repeat tasting the very next day with the same vendor so that we could feel confident in our choice before heading back to the States. In the end, that vendor's food was a huge hit at the wedding! Angeliki, our "project manager" not only stayed in close touch with us during the entire planning process, but also was always there to answer any of our questions--no matter how silly they may have been--and to offer assurances that everything was going to be great. She could not have been more right. In fact, working with Angeliki was truly the highlight of the planning process. She was not only amazing, but also warm, funny, patient, and someone we now consider a dear friend. In addition, she worked her schedule in such a way that we were easily able to communicate in normal business hours despite the 6-7 hour time difference. While all of this was wonderful, Mitheo's true strength became apparent during the wedding weekend. They were everywhere we needed them to be and on top of absolutely everything--including things we never even would have thought of initially. Anytime we looked for them, they were right there whether it was by me, the bride, the groom, the guests, or even the vendors. They truly were everywhere and yet inconspicuous at the same time. Most importantly, they made a huge event that could have been so stressful, SO much fun--not only for our guests and our entire family, but even more importantly for my daughter, her fiancé/now husband and me. How many MOBs can say they felt virtually no stress during the entire wedding? Our wedding weekend was almost a month ago and we are still receiving calls and messages from guests raving about the event. That truly is due to the efforts of Angeliki and Joanna and their team. Over the course of our celebration, they planned five different events, each one unique and thoughtfully designed to build upon the last — every moment felt intentional, memorable, and seamlessly connected. What set them apart was how seamlessly their team works together and how easy they made the entire process through constant communication and organization. They simplified everything for us and for our guests. The custom website and app they created kept everyone organized and stress-free. And when challenges came up, they always found solutions. A few guests overslept and missed our boat excursion, and Mitheo immediately arranged a water taxi so they wouldn’t miss out. On the morning of the wedding, when all of our steamers broke, they quickly found a place to press my dress and my husband’s suit. Those are just two examples of how they solved problems before they ever became stressful. We can’t tell you how many times we’ve heard from our guests: "That was the best wedding and weekend we have ever attended." My husband, family, friends, and I will never forget how magical the entire weekend felt — and it’s all thanks to the Mitheo team. Not only did it feel like a dream for us, but it was also an incredible guest experience for everyone traveling to a new place. With Mitheo, the answer is never "no" — it’s always "we’ll find a way." They are trustworthy, dependable, and have an unmatched eye for detail and guest experience. If you are considering wedding planners, my best advice is to trust their process. Everything they do turns out beyond amazing. We are endlessly grateful for their dedication and couldn’t have had our wedding dreams come true without them. I could write on and on, but the truth is the Mitheo team became more than just our planners — they became family. When you know there’s a team behind you with your best interests at heart, you can truly enjoy every moment. They’re not only the best to work with, but also people we now consider lifelong friends.
