The value proposition is insufficient. The high price point is not justified by the quality or freshness of the flowers; the hydrangeas, for example, cost €20 each but lacked the expected premium quality. Better alternatives are definitely available in the area.

Every aspect of my experience in this store had been deeply disappointing. The flowers provided were wilted and of poor quality, reflecting a complete lack of care. The staff demonstrated inadequate knowledge of floral species, further diminishing any sense of professionalism. Most importantly instead of focusing on customer service, their primary concern seems to be boasting about high-net-worth clients who had entrusted them with their wedding decorations. This was, without question, my last visit.

Exceptional service and the most beautiful flower arrangements created with care, creativity and uniqueness. The owners, along with the entire team, are welcoming, friendly and always willing to provide helpful alternatives that are within budget. Whether it’s for your weekly flowers at home, a gift or for a special occasion (all of which I always and only go to there!) Drizos is by far the best flower shop in Athens! 💐
