Complete lack of professionalism and quality of service. I called today to book an appointment. I asked for the earliest available slot, and they told me 5:00. When they asked who usually cuts my hair and I mentioned the name, they then said the available appointment was at 5:30. I explained that due to time constraints, we would need to go with 5:00. I arrived at 4:55, and when they saw me, it was obvious they hadn’t booked anything at all. They even started arguing among themselves and then told me, after five minutes, "come here, we’ll just do a quick fix," implying that the current clients would be served very quickly and that I would be taken immediately after. They placed me between the wash stations without telling me where to sit. The sink was dirty—one had hair around it, another had a wet towel inside, while the chair had a used towel on it. I was standing among the hairdressers, and nobody spoke to me. So I had to wait at the entrance, without anyone giving me clear instructions, ignoring me, and even avoiding eye contact. At 5:10, when a chair finally opened up, the barber asked another client to take my spot, once again without giving me any explanation. I left abruptly, without saying anything, and no one even asked why I was leaving. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, especially if you value your time

Super helpful and kind. I speak English, and no Greek but they helped find someone to help figure out what I want. Listened to my request and did a beautiful voluminous blowout. Kudos to Iris! She was so fun and nice, never stopped smiling.

I recently visited We love hair on a Saturday with my family, which included two adults, two children, and my toddler. Our experience was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making us feel welcome. They were efficient with their time, ensuring we didn't have to wait long, which is always a bonus with kids. The hairstylists did an amazing job with the children's haircuts, styled our hair perfectly, and the brushing was exceptional, leaving us all looking and feeling great. The excellent service, professionalism, and kid-friendly atmosphere made this visit memorable.

This place is a joke — and not the funny kind. The prices are outrageous for results that barely pass as professional. The owner? A shameless opportunist more interested in hitting on clients’ husbands than running a decent business. She acts like she’s running a soap opera, not a salon. Every time there's an issue with the color, the highlights, the tone — but somehow it's your fault, not theirs. The arrogance is next-level, and the service is nowhere near worth the attitude or the cost. Avoid at all costs. If there were a -100 star option, this place would be the reason it exists.

My friend and I had booked an appointment to get our gel nail polish removed which got delayed. Being professionals they cleared a space for us very soon after our initial booking. However the reason behind the delay was lack of staff. My friend and I got out gel polish removed by a hairdresser who had never done this before and it is needless to say that we left with awful nails. It’s been 2 days and I have gel on my nails. If you go, please make sure that you ask who will serve you! I paid way too much for what I got..

THE best hair salon in Athens by far! The services are at the same level as abroad! Professionalism and amazing service! Professional, friendly -comme il faut - staff that looks out for your well being during your visit . One of the only hair salons in Athens with such a wide variety of hair care products for all budgets and for all ages. The barber shop which is part of the salon offers amazing services to the young and old ,and definitely it’s the only place my boys get their football haircuts with precision! I recommend "we love hair" 100%
