I have pretty long hair(waist level) and came to make one straight cut. Reception person was super kind and attentive. Young guy washed hair with a lot of pressure on forehead and I had to warn him several times to stop causing me pain. Than he twisted it as a tissue and made a real mess which I never had during more than 25 years of washing my hair. Hairdresser doesn't know that we do not brush completely wet hair! Also she tried to brush messy hair from the top instead of the end of length! I had to dry my hair a bit to be able to brush it on my own and several times hairdresser was trying to take hairdryer from me. So I wasted around 20 minutes to make my hair straight and than she did the cut. Please teach your personal how to wash long hair without making a mess and pain. Please teach your hairdressers to not pull out the wet hair and how to brush it from the very end then up and up and you'll be a place to rest, not to worry.

Very kind people and excellent professionals. They took good care of my hair, dyed it perfectly as i wanted. They cut it as much as i wanted. Thank you for having me and for being so nice! See you soon again🌸

Το καλύτερο και πιο ενημερωμένο κομμωτήριο στις νέες τάσεις και τεχνικές στην Καβάλα ! Ευγενικό προσωπικό και "αυτιά " που ακούν και σχεδιάζουν την καλύτερη συνεδρία για εσένα !!!

Οι κυρίες στο κομμωτήριο ήταν ευγενικές, αλλά η εμπειρία μου με την κομμώτρια που με εξυπηρέτησε ήταν πολύ δυσάρεστη. Τράβαγε δυνατά τα μαλλιά μου, τα ξερίζωνε με τις ρίζες και όταν της είπα ότι με πονάει, απάντησε μόνο ότι "έτσι μπλέκονται τα μαλλιά σου". Επιπλέον, πίεζε με τα μακριά της νύχια το κεφάλι και τον αυχένα μου, με αποτέλεσμα να φύγω με γρατζουνιές και πόνο. Είχα ζητήσει απλώς να κόψει τη φράντζα και τις άκρες, όμως τα μαλλιά μου που έφταναν κάτω από τις ωμοπλάτες κόπηκαν σχεδόν μέχρι τους ώμους. Ήθελα σχήμα ημικυκλικό, αλλά έγιναν φιλαριστά και άνισα – η διαφορά ανάμεσα στις τούφες έφτανε τα 2–3 εκατοστά. Μετά από μισή ώρα βρήκα το θάρρος να επιστρέψω και ζήτησα να το διορθώσει, πράγμα που έκανε, όμως η συνολική εμπειρία ήταν για μένα επίπονη και απογοητευτική. Δεν συστήνω αυτήν την κομμώτρια – η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν βασανιστική και το αποτέλεσμα κακό.
