I would like to express my dissatisfaction following my recent visit to your salon. I paid €30 for a service advertised as using L’Oréal Professionnel products, but unfortunately this service was not respected. When I asked for an explanation, the owner was unpleasant and made no effort to clarify the situation. He simply replied that all shampoos are L’Oréal Professional, even though there is clearly a separate service option that includes a non-premium shampoo, which makes this explanation inconsistent and unprofessional. The service provided did not match the one I booked or the price I paid. This experience was very disappointing, both in terms of service quality and customer care.

I recently visited the Strataras Hairdresser in Crete, and I am very impressed with my experience. I stumbled upon them on Google Maps while I was in the area on the 19th, and decided to try my luck without an appointment. To my delight, the owner and Litsa, the talented hairdresser, were incredibly kind and nice to accommodating, welcoming me without a booking. I wanted a simple medium bob haircut, without a blow dry, and was pleasantly surprised to pay only 20€ for the service. The entire process took no more than 20 minutes, including washing, cutting, and drying. Litsa was amazing—such a professional and lovely lady. She looked at the photo of the haircut I wanted just once, confirmed it would suit my face shape and style, and worked her magic with fast, precise hands. The result was fantastic; Litsa truly exceeded my expectations. While they may not engage in as much conversation as we might be used to in the UK, their focus and efficiency are commendable. The products they use for washing hair are simply wonderful. I'm thrilled with the outcome—Litsa actually managed to make the style look even better on me than the model in the photo! If I find myself in Crete again, I will definitely return to Strataras Hairdresser. Thank you, Litsa and the team, for a 5-star service and an outstanding haircut experience. Highly recommended!

The most kindest and nicest hairdressers. Clean salon and so professional. Nice prices and the location is amazing. You can take a stroll down the city and enjoy a cup of coffee afterward. Just amazing!

AMAZING SALON! HIGHLY RECOMEND! Travelling from Canada to Greece I Broke my nails so I went in to get them fixed and came across Poopy! this talented young lady completly transformed my ugly broken nails into a work of art ! She did a beautiful job, one of the BEST manicures I’ve ever received ! She did my eye brows after and I’m so sad I don’t live here because no one is going to be able to compare to the amazing job she did! She sent me on my way feeling like a million bucks! The owner of the salon is a very kind happy man 🙂 you can tell he’s happy to be at work it’s refreshing to be in such a welcoming environment!! I don’t speak any Greek at all and they were more than accommodating! Over all great experience would HIGHLY recommend over any nails or hair place around !
