We booked a monohull boat for a week and we were upgraded to a very nice Catamaran. Abb charter was very helpful and our deckhand was a great pleasure. He was an experienced sailor and very charming and helpful. We had a wonderful time in the Kyklades. Our deckhand showed us placed we might have missed without him.The boat was well maintained and had even a dishwasher I liked a lot.

Des escrocs ! J'ai loué un voilier chez ABB Charter en octobre dernier et ce fut ma pire expérience de location en 15 ans ! Le bateau a été remplacé au dernier moment et celui de remplacement était en mauvais état, avec des problèmes d'électricité, mal gréé et sans indication sur les piano. Pendant les deux semaines de croisière le propriétaire du bateau m'a répondu de manière condescendante, voire il a refusé de me répondre sur des questions de sécurité. Pour finir, lorsque j'ai rendu le bateau – dont c'était la dernière croisière de la saison – ABB Charter m'a fait porter la responsabilité d'un problème de guindeau (qui fonctionnait lors de ma dernière utilisation quelques heures auparavant), du remplacement de l'étai corrodé et de l'hélice abimée lors d'une précédente croisière. J'étais un touriste de passage. On m'a fait payer 2800€. ABB Charter est une entreprise de voleurs !

I do not recommend the company, it is unreliable and dishonest. Namely, a week before the charter the company informed me that the yacht was not available, without any reason - damage, sale, sinking, theft, etc., which already raised suspicions whether they had the yacht at all. Instead, they offered an old 10-year-old catamaran, insisting that it was from their partner and the catamaran was in great condition, which they guaranteed. We suggested that we take another, newer 4-5 year-old at the same price offered in the systems, they did not agree, forcing us to accept their offer. Unfortunately, it turned out that the catamaran was in very bad condition, to the point that the client could not start the engines, the batteries were so old and worn out. Despite charging with Siliks for several hours a day, the client had to turn off the lights in the catamaran, disconnect the refrigerators, etc. at the dock to start the engine in the morning. The shipowner recommended that when sailing, the Silik should also be turned on all day and charged all the time. Generally, a catamaran in such a condition should not be allowed to sail. In addition, we have a problem with receiving an invoice for the charter, we run an official business and are obliged to settle accounts with the tax office every month, and we cannot do this because ABB Charter does not provide us with an invoice. I have been chartering yachts for many years, but I have never encountered such a company. The exchange of charter was very suspicious, it looks like a deliberate action, the company did not have the yacht that it put up for charter with you, so that it could then be exchanged for an old catamaran that normally no one would charter.
